For example, if your search keywords are "creative" and "director":

1. Search for job postings with EITHER “creative” or “director” in the job title/description

2. Search for job postings with the EXACT phrase “creative director” in the job title/description

3. Search for job postings with BOTH “creative” and “director" in the job title/description

4. Search for job postings with “creative” but do not contain “director" in the job title/description
(Note: The spacing after the 1st word is important here, so as to differentiate between a ‘hyphen’ and a ‘minus’)
