World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. seeks a motivated and dynamic Director, Financial Planning and Analysis to support the Company’s Strategic and Financial Planning as well as Investor Relations.

Responsibilities:

Manage WWE’s strategic planning, annual budgeting and monthly financial forecasting activities.
Participate in the development of effective financial processes, including the evaluation, automation and implementation of new financial software tools.
Prepare financial analysis (feasibility studies, DCF/ROI analysis, business plans, etc) that highlight the operational impact of new business proposals/strategies, and which facilitate management decision making.
Direct the preparation and presentation of all company wide financial analysis, including the evaluation of business unit performance and the communication of key operating issues to management.
Prepare presentations that communicate the Company’s financial goals, operating results, historical trends, etc to the Company’s senior management and its Board of Directors.
Review company presentations to equity analysts and investors, including earnings related scripts and materials for investor conferences, with particular focus on the discussion of company and business unit performance as well as historical trends.  
Provide guidance/ coordination to financial planning department; Manage three financial analysts
 
Requirements Qualifications:

10+ years financial planning and analysis experience – preferably in the Entertainment and/or Media industry
5+ years of management experience in a corporate environment
Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to analyze complex issues
Experience in preparing oral and written presentations
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and sound business judgment
Self-starter able to work independently with a minimum of supervision
Hands on management style
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to develop strong relationships with business unit managers while maintaining independence.
CPA or MBA, emphasis on Finance Accounting a plus
Previous investor relations experience preferred
Working knowledge of Financial, Budgeting, and Accounting software.
Implementation of Financial Software a plus
