Job Description :     
Aesthetic Sales Professionals are responsible for achieving annual sales targets for a defined territory through the identification, development, maintenance, and enhancement of appropriate customer accounts. Key customers include dermatologists, plastic surgeons, facial plastic surgeons as well as other office based staff associated with aesthetic procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement an effective territory and account level business plan
• Utilize effective direct selling techniques and market strategies to increase product access
• Identify and qualify appropriate new accounts through prospecting and networking within the marketplace
• Coordinate physician-training programs and office staff in-service programs to ensure optimal use of promoted products
• Regular overnight, weekend and air travel
• Must be accessible to customers beyond normal business hours
• Must complete all fleet safety training and must maintain an acceptable driving record regarding accidents and incidents
• Must reside within territory

Requirements :    

Experience:
• Minimum of three years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• Proven successful sales track record
• Medical Device Sales preferred
• Sales to Specialized physicians in the office or hospital environment preferred
• Direct Business to Business sales experience preferred
• Healthcare professional “In-service” experience preferred
• Consideration will be given for experience as a Dermatological or Aesthetic Nurse or professionally trained Aesthetician in a Dermatology or Plastic Surgery office

Knowledge:
• BA/BS from an accredited institution required; concentration in Business or Life Science preferred
• Strong Business Acumen
• Strong understanding of Anatomy/Facial Anatomy

Skills:
• Prospecting, Qualifying and Networking
• Ability to acquire, apply and articulate comprehensive product knowledge
• Training ability
• Attention to detail
• Customer service
• Organizational/time management
• Excellent Communication skills

·Driving a company car in a safe manner on a daily basis is required
