Develop innovative commission plans that result in desired sales behaviors and results. Control costs of sales by managing to commission plan. Take ownership of all aspects of sales plan. Coach and develop Sales Managers. Set clear expectations with Sales Managers. Oversee and participate in development and training plan. Develop and maintain an atmosphere for a high performing team. Have speed to action - instill in self and others. Make sales calls with key clients, key sellers, new business presentations. Meet or exceed performance expectations. Responsible for accurate forecasting. Develop and implement a proactive recruitment plan. Succession planning; responsible to identify and development replacement. Be an authentic leader.
