Marketing Manager
AdMob is actively looking to hire a Marketing Manager to focus on customer acquisition and activity. This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a start-up environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive data analysis of network activity and ROI resulting from customer acquisition program and activity drivers.
- Manage display advertising and search engine marketing programs, to include supporting international market expansion.
- Execute marketing launch of & ongoing management for an affiliates & referrals program.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development on lead generation via the customer acquisition program.
- Drive user engagement and activity through programs such as promotions, email marketing, etc.
- Promote adoption of new product features and enhancements.
- Drive ongoing identification and promotion of best practices for advertisers and publishers.
- Drive onsite messaging through web pages and related content.
- Manage email marketing program / customer communications for select user segments.
Background and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of work experience in a high-tech environment.
- Prior experience working with startups (or comparable groups within a larger organization), in marketing or product management preferred.
- Self-motivated, high-quality performer with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strategic and analytical ability.
- Flexibility to work on many projects simultaneously in a fast paced startup environment.
- Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to develop value proposition messaging for different customer segments and author related copy accordingly.
- Ad network or mobile experience a plus.
- Interest in mobile devices a plus.
- International experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Spanish or Japanese a plus.
