We manufacture perfectly designed bags and accessories that make getting from A to B enjoyable, sexy and functional. Exceptional creativity, attitude, and ambition is at the core of our business. We are a European based company with distribution in all major markets in the world.

We are now looking to fill the following position in our creative hub in Zuerich, Switzerland, with an initial training period
of 3 months in our German office in Cologne:

Art Director

You have a vision – you know where the brand should go and you have the creativity and skills to develop all the
Marketing strategies to get it there. You are the brand master. You develop and design the brand identity of Crumpler.

You work closely with a team of Designers and Marketing counterparts to develop innovative and creative design
solutions to support market initiatives and brand messages through team and individual ideation and concept activities.
You manage the creation of Marketing and product creation materials, including product branding, packaging,
point of sale material, retail collateral and web. You also provide appropriate documentation and work responsibly
within project timeframes and budget parameters.

As someone with a real flair for directing the design, colour and layout of the overall brand image you have
responsibility for complete projects and manage these from A to Z including the coordination of a small team
of designers.
Specific Skills

Specific Skills:
• Exceptional creativity
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar
• 5 years minimum experience in Design/Art Direction
• Exceptional application of Design skills
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite on Macintosh
• Ability to lead/direct a team of Designers
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Experience in directing multiple projects with competing resources and deadlines
• Very fluent speaker of English
