Opportunity Summary
M3 Design, based in Austin Texas, is seeking to add another talented designer to our diverse team. We're searching for those excited about joining a creative collaborative and influencing its future.

This is a fresh opportunity to apply your skills, experience and passion to influence this discipline within M3 Design and work on exciting projects in a variety of product categories.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to lead the Industrial Design effort through a full development program and of achieving outstanding results operating in this capacity.

This role will involve much interaction, both externally with clients and vendors; as well as internally within the different disciplines at M3. A candidate must possess the ability to present to clients with a credible delivery style.

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates the passion to push the limits of design tools and for utilizing new processes. They should demonstrate initiative and embrace a collaborative approach to design that harnesses the power of team-work.

Specific Skills

Expected Qualifications
An outstanding portfolio is a given.
3-5+ years of experience designing and leading projects.
A degree in Industrial Design.
Prior experience in a consulting environment a definite plus.
Strong 3D and computer skills are a prerequisite - Alias skills are preferred
