We are building some out of this world software, which will change the way communities (like real-world communities: neighborhoods, cities, affinity groups, etc..) organize, communicate, and tackle problems.  The founders and advisors have built more than a handful of successful Internet, software, and service companies.  And we are doing it again, now.

A bit about you:


    *     Wicked smart (brilliant preferred)

    *     Confident to be part of founding team.  Lead development efforts.

    *     Love, like really love: Ruby and the web framework of your choice (Rails/Merb/Sinatra etc)  

    *     Adept at server-side development, but have a gift for user experience

    *   Are looking for an opportunity to not just build another social web fill in the blank ___.  Rather you want to build super smart software that makes people a lot more powerful (not like superhero powerful, but close)
    *   Have some experience working with social network’s API and data portability protocols (Facebook Connect, OpenSocial, etc.).  
    *   Ideally you have had experience building an application with complex business workflow (thinks like: basecamp, salesforce, etc..)

    *     Have real experience.  Let’s not kid ourselves, It’s not the # of years that matter it’s the in the trenching experience that comes from experiencing full product lifecycles, working with customers and colleagues day in and day out to build a better product, and from living through the ups and downs of start-ups
