GAME PRODUCER

Bethesda Softworks is looking for a talented Game Producer to join our team and work with exciting current and next generation products.

In this role the Game Producer will support all processes that bring a game to market and will oversee day-to-day aspects of game development from concept to final submission. Tasks include preparation of design documents, project workplans, schedules and budgets; prototyping and production process; evaluation and verification of milestones deliverables; and design specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

   1. At least 3 years hands-on production experience in consumer, entertainment, or game software and/or production of entertainment on the web.
   2. Bachelor's Degree
   3. Proven ability to meet goals and objectives.
   4. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
   5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
   6. Strong problem solving skills.
   7. Must be able to keep focus on multiple tasks and effectively set priorities between projects.
   8. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under deadlines and budgets.
   9. Good judgment skills and ability to assess quality and accuracy of projects and project timetables.
  10. Passion for making GREAT games.
