The Hilton London Islington is in the heart of fashionable Islington, next to the Business Design Centre. We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Food & Beverage Services Manager, with the confidence and experience to take overall responsibility for the welfare of our staff and guests within the Food & Beverage outlets.

The Food & Beverage Manager will assist in the smooth operation of all our Food & Beverage Outlets. As a Manager, it is your responsibility to ensure that the guest is served efficiently with well-presented, good quality food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. The role involves maintaining staff welfare and morale and effective communication with all other departments to ensure that the quality of service and food and drink offered meets and exceeds brand standards. Other duties include following the correct health and safety procedures, cash handling procedures and increasing sales.

o Ability to work a variety of shifts including earlies, lates, weekends and evenings
o Advanced or Native English
o Experience of supervising or leading a team is essential
o Experience of handling complaints and dealing with the public
o You should have some experience maintaining standards, achieving targets and objectives
o Experience of planning rotas and schedules
o Experience delegating tasks and administration
o Right to work in the UK
