Purpose / Mission:
Develop and implement the full brand marketing plan for Russia/CIS within the strategic framework of EMEA, in order to support achieving the sales targets for the brand.
Functional:
•Manage and direct the turnovers for the adidas style categories
•Develop and implement Regional marketing plan in line with Global Marketing strategy (close cooperation with EHQ and Global HQ)
•Launch marketing initiatives for our own stores and KAs in order to support sales results, in close cooperation with the Retail and Sales department
•Deliver sound PR activities in order to position the Style brand as unique and recognizable in the Russian consumer market
•Monitor financials (turnover, standard margin, SKU) and initiate business development action
•Provide MWB split for adidas Style in area CIS
•Work closely with Product Marketing department to select product ranges
•Conclude sponsor contracts and deal with celebrities to explore the latest market trends
Personnell Responsibility:
• to staff most suitable persons in direct report positions in alignment with HR
• to set personal objectives, targets, guidelines and assess all reports
• to develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job
• to manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guidelines
• to ensure smooth cooperation of all direct reports along all interfaces
